Delete Account
You can request deletion of your Golden Elephant Loan account and device-linked application data at any time.
Delete From the App
- Open Golden Elephant Loan.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete Account.
- The app calls the deletion interface and removes device-linked records after verification.
Delete by Email
Email ge_loan_service@outlook.com using your registered phone number or email details. Include your request to delete your account and application data. We may ask for information needed to verify ownership.
What Is Deleted
- Device-linked user record.
- Application draft and submitted application data eligible for deletion.
- Feedback records that can be associated with the deleted device.
Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, dispute handling or fraud-prevention obligations, and will be limited or anonymized where appropriate.
